Conditions

1. Rental Period - We rent on a nightly or weekly basis.  Special rates are available for weekly rentals.  You may choose the day of the week you want your weekly rental to start on.  Check-in time is 3:00 pm and check-out is 11:00 am. 

2. Pets - We do allow pets, at an extra charge.  Pets may be required to be on a leash and owners are responsible for cleaning up after all pets. 

3. Smoking - We have both smoking and non-smoking cabins available. 

4. Reservations - Reservations are not required, but are strongly recommended.  All reservations require a deposit.

5. Deposit - A one-night deposit is required for nightly reservations.  A three-night deposit is required on weekly rentals.  We take Check/Money Order and VISA/MasterCard as payment methods.  A deposit is not required for those who do not make a reservation.  If a cancellation is made, deposits are guaranteed to be refunded only if the cancellation is made one month before the rental period. After that, the deposit is refundable only if the reservation is rebooked by another party. 

Rental Inclusions

1. Linens - All necessary linens are provided - including sheets, blankets, pillows, and towels. 

2. Kitchen - Each kitchen is equipped with a refrigerator, gas or electric stove, microwave, toaster, and coffee pot.  Dishes, utensils, pots/pans, and garbage bags are  provided.  We do not provide paper towel, napkins, coffee or other condiments.

3. Television -  Each cabin has a color t.v. with local channels available.  Some cabins have VCRs as well.

4. Outdoor Features - Special features include: private beach access on Lake Superior, firepit, deck overlooking the lake, gas grill, picnic tables, swingset & sandbox.  We have a private boat launch available onsite.  Across the highway is a small inland lake which has boat access. 

Other Exclusions

Additionally, we do not have: phones in the cabins, cable t.v., or internet access available.
